The steps for Cleaner Star below are intended for suitable lacquered parquet. LVT Cleaner and Lamin Cleaner are different products; do not use the Cleaner Star dosage for them.
Care task 1
Cleaning varnished parquet with Cleaner Star
Cleaner Star removes dirt; it is not a new layer of paint.
- Remove sand and dust with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner.
- With the original 1-liter container, mix 3 caps with 1 liter of water.
- Clean with a well-wrung mop and let the floor dry.
For stubborn dirt, the data sheet specifies a maximum of 6 caps per liter. Check the suitability and test locally first. Use as little moisture as possible on wood.
Care task 2
PVC or laminate with a dedicated cleaner
- Check the product name: LVT Cleaner for the appropriate vinyl flooring, Lamin Cleaner for laminate.
- Use the same dilution ratio as your own bottle. Product versions and dosing instructions differ.
- Mop with a slightly damp mop and prevent water from getting along seams and edges. Allow to dry completely.
Care task 3
When is additional advice needed?
A maintenance film such as Re-pair Matt changes the topcoat. First, check whether your floor can receive such a film. Sgrassatore is also not an automatic follow-up step for parquet: have the application confirmed for your finish.
