Care task 1
Damp mopping with Wisch-Fix
Use Osmo Wisch-Fix for normal dirt.
- Remove sand and dust.
- Mix approximately 15 ml with 2 liters of water: one original cap according to the product information.
- Wring the mop out well and mop with a slightly damp mop. Allow to dry completely.
Do not use the intensive dilution for every mopping session. Do not mix with other cleaners.
Care task 2
Refreshing an intact finish
Choose Osmo Maintenance Oil in the appropriate colour and sheen level. Test beforehand.
- Clean thoroughly according to the Osmo instructions, wipe over with a slightly damp cloth and allow the wood to dry completely.
- Shake or stir the oil. Apply a thin layer with the wood grain and work in with a white pad.
- Remove all excess. Ventilate well while drying.
- Allow approximately 3–5 hours at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity; cold and damp conditions will extend this.
Bare or greyed wood requires restoration. Wash oil-soaked cloths immediately or store them airtight according to the label to prevent spontaneous combustion.
