For wooden floors with a suitable oil finish. Use Natural or White from the existing maintenance system; a light floor does not automatically require a white product.
Care task 1
Cleanse regularly with Soft Balm
Use Lios Soft Balm to clean and nourish.
- Remove sand and dust. Shake the bottle.
- Mix 3 caps from the original 1-liter bottle with 1 liter of water.
- Spread with a well-wrung mop. Allow to dry completely before using the floor.
Chimiver recommends this for normal maintenance every 15–30 days. This is a guideline for this application, not a mandatory mopping schedule for every floor.
Care task 2
Remove stubborn dirt with Kronos
For stubborn dirt, use Lios Kronos.
- Dust the floor. For the 1-liter bottle, mix 3 caps with 1 liter of water.
- Clean with a well-wrung cloth.
- Next, treat with Soft Balm or Soft Balm Aloe according to the directions for use.
Care task 3
Refreshing a thin layer of oil
Talita Plus is a maintenance oil. Use it only on a suitable oiled surface.
- Clean with Kronos and let the floor dry. Test the correct colour first.
- Shake the oil and apply a thin, even layer in the direction of the wood grain. Remove all excess.
- Work in a well-ventilated area. Follow the drying and usage instructions on the packaging.
Work safely: immediately immerse oil-soaked cloths and pads in water to prevent spontaneous combustion. The data sheet also recommends respiratory protection, eye protection and suitable gloves. Read these before oiling.
