For a protective coating, spread the product \u003cstrong\u003eundiluted and thinly\u003c\/strong\u003e with a suitable polish applicator in the lengthwise direction.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003eApply the next layer crosswise as soon as the first has bonded well. Allow the final protective coating to dry for \u003cstrong\u003eat least 12 hours\u003c\/strong\u003e, preferably overnight.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAvoid bright sunlight and drafts during application and turn off the underfloor heating beforehand. Follow the safety instructions on your packaging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eMaintenance cleaning\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is a different application from applying a protective coating. For light soiling, the Supermat product sheet states \u003cstrong\u003e50–100 ml per 10 litres of water\u003c\/strong\u003e.
